This 36" induction cooktop features 5 induction zones, each with 9 power levels, plus a double booster for even faster cooking performance.

The new TFT display provides clear, step-by-step guidance during operation. The control interface, invisible when inactive and illuminated when in use, combines a discreet, refined aesthetic with a clear and intuitive management of all settings.

The Multi-zone function allows you to combine multiple cooking zones into one larger area, making it possible to use oversized pots, pans, or griddles.

Cooking is made even easier with the five Bertazzoni Assistant programs: Temperature Holding, Water Boiling, Pasta, Steaming, and Frying. Each zone is equipped with a sensor that constantly monitors the temperature of the cookware and automatically adjusts the power based on the selected program, ensuring perfect results with no effort.

The maximum output of 3.7 kW in Boost mode ensures shorter boiling times and higher cooking temperatures for perfect meat searing.

The high flexibility of the inductors ensures ultra-silent operation and allows the hob to maintain a stable temperature at all times, even for the most delicate simmering tasks.

An exclusive metal frame is available in Stainless Steel, Gold, and Carbonio finishes, ensuring a coordinated design with other Bertazzoni appliances.
