I got this dryer last year and fixed it 3 times . First time , 3 weeks after purchase with factory guaranty , 2 times out of my pocket. Gas valve and bored. Please please stop produce this trash. Appreciated

Have had this unit for about 1.5 years and since day 1 nothing dries with 1 cycle no matter the size of the load. From reading reviews it seems to be a recurring issue and now I am out of warranty. Wouldn't recommend to anyone as it's ridiculous you have to run 2 cycles for dry cloths.2ndly something fell behind the dryer while it was running. I went to grab it and almost burned my hand with how hot the back was. Felt like a stove.

This expensive dryer, even on medium heat setting, melted several different items of mine. This propane dryer has ruined around $200 in clothing and bed clothes. Mine may be defective, but beware...just get electric if you can. Nothing but problems and ruined clothes with this one. I had to spend hours scraping off melted and charred pieces of clothing from the back of the dryer.

I™™m having to run my loads (reasonable size) at highest temp 2 and 3 times to dry a load. I change my lint filter fanatically as I™™m so afraid of fire. I™™ve had the construction manager check the whole vent system. The serviceman sent out by Frigidaire checked the dryer output and said it™™s fine. So looks like I™™m stuck with an inferior product and will just have to run clothes through 2 and 3 times until I can upgrade. I surely will never have Frigidaire again. All the appliances came with the house- the builder should be ashamed of settling for a contract like this and gypping the buyers. I™™ve heard of several in the community who are not happy with the various appliances .

Don't care for it, don't like the dome top, can't fold clothes as they slide off, takes way too long to dry, the sensor does not work well, have to put clothes back in maybe 3 times, the chime is not hearable, have to keep running downstairs to see if dry, then is wrinkled as I can't hear the chime. My old dryer was 24 years old and had a light in it, can't see what is in the dryer to fold. bought it sight and wish we would have shopped for one. Would not have bought this one

Clothes are dried very well and it's easy to operate. The only drawback is that there is no light inside the dryer. Something I should have looked at before purchase as it would've changed my mind about purchasing it.

I really like the look of this dryer. It has a lot of features that I still need to try but my favorite thus far is the "favorite" setting. The dryer runs quietly It is my first time having a gas dryer so I will have to see what it does to my guess bill. I don't have any complaints and I am glad I purchased it.

This dryer does not heat and dry a load of clothes as quickly as my old Whirlpool dryer. How can this be energy-saving if I have to run it twice as long??? Not at all happy with this purchase.

We have had this dryer for 13 months. Bought brand new. it no longer produces heat, called Frigidaire and our warranty is only good for a year. Asked for a technician to come try to fix it and there is NO ONE that can/will fix this because it™™s gas. How do you sell a product that you can™™t even help get fixed when it breaks after ONE YEAR!? I wouldn™™t recommend this pile of junk to my worst enemy. Absolutely disgraceful customer service and GARBAGE appliance. Trying to sell this thing and it™™s matching washer to go buy a Samsung pair. I WOULD NOT recommend this to ANYONE.

My dryer gave out, so I had to get a new one. I went to the local appliance store and they had a Frigidaire gas dryer. I never owned a Frigidaire appliance, but I went ahead and bought it. It is simple to use and I I really like the heat setting on it. It allows things to dry as much as I want them to be. I also like the the different cycles from creating your own by setting the dryness and the heat level. The drum size is great. It can hold my king size bedding. Great product and would buy Frigidaire again.

Sensors don't accurately sense when towels are dry. The end of cycle sound is very short and quiet....difficult to hear. Overall it operates fine. I find myself only using the non-sensor drying options.

I've disliked this dryer from day one. It whistles so loud! I can literally hear it from the end of my street. I thought mine was defective and the Frigidaire official tech came to service it. He said that's a normal noise and homeowners like me typically don't have that issue "because they buy a more expensive model". Ugh. Why would they let this motor off the product line when it sounds like a steam train.

Came with the home I recently purchased. Brand new washer & dryer installed. I've used it 2x, then realized whomever installed it didnt put on the vent hose. Waiting on that to comw in to install. Did the dryer not come with a hose?

It seems to do an OK job, but sometimes the cycles and settings are harder to correctly choose than they should be. Opening is too small, a round, standard clothes basket will not fit in to dump in a load. Requires loading items one handful at a time. And, for $1000, it out to have a light inside. It is too dark to see inside to get clothes out. I don't understand why the gas version is $300 more than the same electric model. Whole dryer sounds "tinny".

I'm very disappointed that the dryer does not have a light inside!!!!! I'm very disappointed that the dryer has a chime on it to tell you when it's done!!!! A chime???? Really???? You can't even hear the chime when you are standing right in front of it. who does that??? I didn't want to buy the cheapest or the most expensive set. I bought what i could afford. I bet no one from frigidaire has one of these dryers in their house!!!! I have to set my kitchen timer so that my clothes do not come out wrinkled since my dryer is in the basement. the washer has the same chime!!! really???? If I could afford to, I'd sell it !!!!! I'm sure no one from frigidaire will contact me about this problem .I can't believe all these wonderful reviews!!!! I can live with having no light in the dryer but the chime thing has got me rattled!!!!!

A CHIME!!!!!!! You can't hardly hear it when you are standing right in front of it!!!! Now my clothes are wrinkled even tho i put the wrinkle guard on!!! I contacted frigidaire about this chime but they never got back with me.by the way, the washer has a chime on it too. there went my stimulas money!!!!
