Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Everything catches on the front

StephenC 2/24/2026

When I was young I always thought Maytag was the best brand to have and couldn™™t wait to buy nice things for our house. We™™ve had this dryer for two years and I can™™t wait to replace it. The lint gets trapped in the door lint catcher and you can™™t get it out. There is a lip on the front that everything catches on and it bundles all the cloths together, preventing them from drying all the way. All the strings on the hoodies are ripped out. Blankets torn. Our dryer, stove and fridge are all Maytag and I can™™t wait to replace them all. This brand has really gone downhill.

I purchased online through the whirlpool direct pass. Purchased in January, received in February. I received the dryer but not the washer. I had no communication from Whirpool about it. I received the dryer a week later than was scheduled. I do not like the lint screen being made of plastic. I just know it it break soon

GREAT PROBLEM SOLVER & EASY TO USE

kari357 2/17/2026

We've had the dryer for 3 months now and it's already been a great detective and problem solver. As context, 1) we live in a brand new home and unbeknown to us, the wrong "jack" (vent cap) was installed on the roof vent by the HVAC tech, and 2) we have a Golden Retriever that sheds a lot. About a month into being here, we began to see a "check vent" message on the dryer. We thought that was odd since it's a brand new house. We read the troubleshooting section of the dryer manual and tried two options to pinpoint the problem and determined it wasn't a dryer issue, it was definitely a vent issue. We called out the HVAC tech and that's how we learned the wrong jack was installed. It had a screen on it (and shouldn't have) that was catching all the lint and dog hair. Sure enough, there as a small blockage. The tech cleared the block, installed the proper jack, with no screen, and wa-law, no check vent message anymore! The clothes are drying more quickly and thoroughly now too! In addition to appreciating the problem-solving nature of the dryer, we like that it's intuitive to use and easy to keep clean.

Too many settings

JillyG 12/19/2025

There are too many settings and the dryer turns off before clothes are dry no matter what setting I put it on except "Timed Drying". It's very annoying. It's been like this from the beginning but since "Timed Drying" works I haven't had anyone come over to look at it. I'm kind of busy. Even though "Timed Drying" gets my clothes dry the "dryness" button doesn't work on "Timed Drying". I bought a washer as well. There are too many settings and no explanation for the dryer or the washer on how long the settings run or why there are so many and what they do. I tried looking all of that up when the machine was first being used and gave up. I email Maytag but didn't get a response. The answer for how many times has the product been serviced is no, but I just don't have time. So that answer is incorrect. There were only 2 choices so.......

Core 10/22/2025

Good machine so far.. Purchased it July 2025. Wish they placed the door handle lower/on the side of the door instead of on top of the door though. And they should let people know that the electric cord/plug is not a normal one.. it needs a specially designed electrical outlet!

Washer auto lock malfunctions often.

Mal123 10/8/2025

I purchased a washer and dryer set a month ago and on the first day the washer door lock would not disengage. We called for a Maytag authorize repair and they changed the lock mechanism and the problem continues intermittently. We have called again to schedule a second repair visit. This is unacceptable for a brand new appliance.

Cheap trash guaranteed to fail

KenG2025 9/29/2025

Absolute garbage. Mine stopped working a year and a half after buying new. I have had a few of these in the Whirlpool line and they are always more expensive to repair than replace. Cheaply made and designed to fail. Avoid this brand and try to find a quality built brand if you can find one these days.

Don't Buy Maytag! Dryer failed in less than 2 mont

yuck184 7/10/2025

A repair technician finally came out and said it needed a new drum, then left. That was it. I called Maytag and told them this falls under the lemon law™"the unit is defective and should be replaced. Instead of sending a new dryer, they opened a claim. I never even received a copy of that claim. I™™ve contacted Amex to inform them I either want a new machine or a full refund. I™™ve been trying to reach Maytag again, but can™™t get through. I do not want a repair. I want a replacement. Extremely disappointed with both the product and the lack of customer service. A dryer should not break in under two months™"and a company should stand behind its products..

John818 6/26/2025

We've only had the dryer in use for a couple weeks but it's working well. We're still adjusting to how the clothes dry at different settings but it's been great and quieter than our previous Kenmore. Hopefully it lasts and long time. We have a large family, so we do several loads a day.

I like the looks of the washer and dryer. I have tried several of the settings, and haven't quite figured out how to get my clothes completely dry. When I use a specific setting it will have a crazy long amount of time on the timer, and I will have it set to "more dry" and things still come out damp. Too many options, just want a simple dryer.

Great delivery. Quality Assurance need work

DaDanDan 4/25/2025

Delivery was great. So far both washer and dryer are working; however dryer is louder than expected. This was brought to my attention by an appliance tech who I had to hire because the washer and dryer were delivered with missing parts. The washer didn™™t come with cold/hot water hoses and the dryer didn™™t come with a power supply plug. This is like buying a new tv but it doesn™™t come with the power cord. I won™™t be recommending any of my fellow ADP associates

Good; not great.

gth001 3/28/2025

Washes and dries well. Controls have a couple issues. Documentation is poor to non-existent. Many laundry rooms have cabinets above the machines. If you get near the machines while reaching into the cabinets the machines turn on. The end-of-cycle signals cannot be set high enough to hear elsewhere. The error codes are not documented in a user manual that is so cheaply and poorly done that it reflects poorly on the products.

Disgusted

Used Washer & Dryer 2/28/2025

I bought the stackable dryer to go over my existing Maytag washer machine. You delivered and informed me it couldn't go on top on my washer per your sales force. Returned... Called Sale within 5 minutes of notification. No dryer machines. Was convinced by sale representative to buy new washer and dryer. SO I did. 8 weeks later, washer and dryer arrives. The dryer has dents and scratches on it. Deliver recommends to not accept. So I did. Called Sale within 5 minutes of notification. Nothing available. All appliances on back order...Sale rep informs me to accept the damage washer and dryer. So I did. Another week without a dryer... Now I had to call a service ticket in to have a technician evaluate the damages. I have to wait another 5 days...The new washer machine looks used. The dryer has dents and scratches and even the dryer drum inside has a chip in the barrel and is rusted.... So you want my review.... I rate Maytag appliances a -10.

Dryer works into tight corner duct exhaust

DocL 1/31/2025

I bought this as a 'scratch and dent' ( return ) though no scratches or dents were found. It seems to work well thus far, in spite of a bad exhaust system. My home builder set the exhaust vent both high and to the right of center, which means that I had to modify a 'periscope' shaped exhaust pipe with a tin snips and rivets to get the exhaust where it needs to be. I can dry 4 jeans and 4 shirts in around one hour and fifteen minutes. The machine is pretty quiet by comparison to others I have used. Done alarm is not loud.
